Street legal drags

 New to thunder valley this year, the street legal drags will enable racers to have a night all to themselves.  The street legal drags were designed to ease the difficulty test & tune racers were having being able to race on "pro-street shoot-out night". The street legal drags are open to any vehicle that is driven into the track under its own power (i.e. no trailers). The street legal drags will also be open to any motorcycle that is driven in.

In an effort to bring street racers off the streets and onto the racetrack, The street legal drags will be fashioned after the illegal street racing that goes on around our community. An instant green starting system will be used, this simply means that there will be no delay between the amber and green bulbs on the Christmas tree, this will resemble an ordinary traffic signal. Racer's elapsed times will not be displayed on the scoreboards, this way anyone who doesn't want everyone to know how fast their car is can participate. Win lights will be present in each lane to notify the drivers of who got to the finish line first! Time slips for each individual racer will also be available at the e.t. Shack, however they will only show your half of the time slip.

Gates will open at 6:00 p.m. and the staging lanes will close at midnight

$7.00 pit - pass /$15.00 to put your car on the track

All vehilcles must pass TVRP technical inspection before entering the staging lane area.
